I’ve know Amber for 6 years. She is Neil’s best friend’s daughter. Her love story with Jarrett started young – Amber and Jarret have been dating since high school.
Their love story is A-DORable – they first met while hanging out with friends at Adrian Mall, mutual friends introduced them. After making several laps around the mall talking quietly to each other, Jarret bravely asked for her phone number, but Amber told him she didn’t have a phone. A few months later, she transferred to his high school and it wasn’t long before they were dating.
Amber says that she knew he was the one when she realized they laugh and joke about the same things and she found herself sharing everything with him, like a true best friend.
Jarret says that after their first date, he went home and told his mom she was the one. See? I told you they were adorable!
Unfortunately, I’m booked the day of their wedding, but I was lucky enough to be able to hang out with them for their engagement session. The day was beautiful and the light worked in our favor. When a couple has been together for a while, I love how they simply melt into each other; there’s not a whole lot of coaching on my part, just some occasional directing and you get such magic!
