I LOVE my multi-family photoshoots. I have tried to explain to my kids and husband why I love them so much but I know they just don’t quite get it. So, on my last family reunion session I invited Regan to assist me for this session and she happily obliged. Reg’s often assists me and bless her heart, it was record-breaking hot the afternoon of our shoot. But I KNOW that after our shoot with this fun and lovable family she ‘got’ why I love my family shoots so much. We had FUN and work doesn’t feel like work, even dripping sweat standing outside in an oven, when you get to be around happy fun-loving people.
This family was no different and completely rocked it. They came in to their Manitou Beach family cottage from all over the country to spend time with one another and they coudn’t have been more fun to work with. I love when I get to capture muti-generation shots like the ones below because I know these will be portraits they will cherish for generations. Enjoy! xo
