Time almost always flies by during photoshoots and Anna’s senior shoot was no exception! We held Anna’s shoot at one of the most picturesque parks in the area. I’m always thrilled when my clients get professional hair & makeup done; it means no melting foundation and curls that last the duration of the shoot. Anna visited Kelsey Elliott, from Divinity Design Studio in Jackson, before her senior pictures so her natural-but-polished look lasted the entire shoot, even with the crazy humidity we had that day. And Anna’s outfits were *perfect*, both in fit and variety! And kudos to Anna’s mom, Brook, for bringing her ideas to the table – there’s nothing that gives me greater pleasure than turning someone’s vision into reality! Since dance has been such a large part of Anna’s life, mom brought 3 of Anna’s ‘through the years’ dance costumes for me to photograph with Anna, and I love how those shots turned out!
This girl has been such a joy to work with! I first met Anna during a ballet shoot her and her sister had won from me a few years back, so it was a no-brainer that she would apply to be part of this year’s Elite Model Team. I’ve gotten the chance to photograph her several times already, and every time I get her in front of my camera, I always appreciate how easy-going, fun, and lovable she is. I’m completely looking forward to what her senior year and beyond has in store for her! And I sure hope I get to see her and her sweet family when they visit sunny Florida during the holidays!
Anna and her family decided to purchase my digital photo collection (the USB). I’m thrilled they’ll have a digital archive of all of Anna’s gorgeous images! They’ll be able to create their own album and grad cards, and they’ll be able to make prints or gallery wraps for anyone who wants them. They’ll also have the digital copies to play as a slideshow during Anna’s grad party next summer! I always recommend a reputable lab to my clients, so their prints, albums, wallets, and grad cards look as stunning as the ones I produce in my own studio. #forthewin
